A RETREAT THAT ADRESSES THE NEEDS OF THE WRITER​

​The survey results reveal several key insights that highlight the priorities and preferences of potential participants for a writing retreat. The majority of respondents (95%) are motivated by the opportunity to focus on their writing and network with other writers, indicating a strong desire for a retreat that offers both dedicated writing time and social interaction. Additionally, 65% of respondents favor a short retreat lasting 4 to 7 days, suggesting that this duration strikes the ideal balance between time commitment and creative immersion. Interestingly, 60%  are inspired by the idea of writing in a new environment, with scenic landscapes and historically rich areas preferred.

To meet these needs, the retreat will offer a structured schedule that balances free writing time with opportunities for one-on-one coaching and group critique sessions, both of which were valued by 55% of respondents. We will also incorporate cultural excursions and workshops that reflect the rich heritage of Tuscany, catering to the 40% of participants who value cultural experiences as part of their creative process. Given the strong interest in Tuscany as a destination, with 90% of respondents selecting it as their preferred location, we are confident that our retreat will provide the ideal atmosphere for writing success. By offering private as well as shared accommodations and flexible scheduling options, we aim to create a comfortable, affordable,  and inspiring environment tailored to the needs of all.
